Based in Plymouth we converted a Grade 1 Star listed building into Grade A offices for our longstanding client, Samworth Brothers – Ginsters.
This iconic building located in Plymouth is grade 1 listed due to it once being used as a Royal Navy base in the 1800's.

We delivered a full turnkey package creating an office space which complimented the existing building's architecture. The fit out works included things such as partitioning, new flooring, refurbishing the existing toilets, a fully functioning kitchen, 2 new shower rooms, mechanical and electrical works and new furniture.
